Responsibilities

  • Create written purchase offers for Buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process;
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities;
  • Learn how to get busy from your sphere of influence - the people that already know, like & trust you;
  • Run Comparative Market Analyses and Seller Net Sheets & go on Listing Appointments;
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume and income;
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer client questions about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Hold Buyer and Seller consultations to find out their needs and wants, and then make them happen!;
  • Compile Listing Agreements and Buyer Representation Agreements, counsel Buyers for Pre-Qualification Letters from Lenders, draft and negotiate Buyer and Seller Contracts, Assist with Home Inspections & Negotiate needed Repairs, Review Closing Disclosures for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience;
  • Coordinate Open Houses so as to assist with the sale of Listings and to obtain new Buyer clients;
  • Lead generate for potential homebuyers and provide them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget;
  • Research and perform Seller Home Valuations so as to determine initial List Prices for homes; and
  • Lead Generate, Lead Follow-up, Go on Listing and Buyer Appointments, Negotiate Contracts, and Script Practice & Role Play.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sales success;
  • Self-starter and able to perform tasks independently;
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Top-notch time management skills;
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies;
  • A team player that plays to win!;
  • Must have or be pursuing a valid Real Estate License (we can help you with the process if you aren’t licensed); and
  • A Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in our Productivity Coaching Program;
  • Lead generation daily;
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes;
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers;
  • Track tasks and activities with our KW Command technology;
  • Conduct open houses;
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments;
  • Participate in script practice;
  • Participate in training activities;
  • Commit to attending coaching sessions, trainings and Team Meetings;
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes; and
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Team player;
  • Licensed real estate professional [or willing to get licensed];
  • Ideally 1-3+ years’ of real estate sales experience;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Learning based, growth-minded;
  • Organized;
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues; and
  • Excellent time management skills.

Compensation

$60,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
